...if there was an "about you" tab I'd click on that too, because from day one of doing this, I've realised that the customer is the most important thing.

This is not a new business, I have been selling on eBay and Amazon for the past 10 years with over 60,000 customers served, however, the concept and direction of this site is new. Realising the interest for my products on both a local level and outside of the usual online marketplaces, I built this site to showcase and allow people to buy directly from myself.

Why are your products so unbelievably cheap?

I am asked this on a daily basis by people that think my prices are too good to be true.

All stock sold by myself is brand new and sealed. They are purchased direct from the manufacturers in the UK and all products are fully functional and perfect in operation. It is not in my interest to sell anything less than this type of product.

The value/cost of my products is down to 2 main reasons.

Firstly, you are buying direct from my website, without going through an online marketplace. Some online marketplaces can charge me up to 25% on an item sold and I would rather pass this saving on to the customer than line the pockets of some faceless corporation.

Secondly, as a business I operate differently. I have created a picture explanation below which explains, but in short, big buying power (me purchasing 10,000 downlights in one go is not unheard of), warehouse space and fast turnover of stock, with tiny margins enables me to do these industry beating prices.



 










































Why buy from me?

Quality products- The internet is flooded with lighting that can only be described as dangerous junk. Imported from far away, built to a bare minimum operating standard with bogus specification claims and bogus safety markings. Often, these products are "top selling items" on certain websites with glitzy pictures and fake user reviews and sell purely on their seemingly amazing price.

The products that I sell are simply not comparable with the above type. All the lighting I sell is from well known, branded UK companies, most of which you will recognise, having seen them in the larger DIY stores. They are built to a standard, not a cost, have genuine safety markings and perform as they should. From an aesthetic point of you and by just touching and feeling the products, you will realise that they are a league above.

Price- For what they are, the products I sell represent amazing value for money and are priced considerably less than what you would pay elsewhere for equivalent quality items. In some cases, they are the same price you would pay for the inferior items, mentioned above. Do not cheapen the look of your house, when you have the chance to purchase quality goods at these prices!
